Privato aktivu parvalde sells its investment in Securitas Latvia
Securitas AB, the world leader in security and security services and a partner of Privato aktivu parvalde (PAP) in joint security company Securitas Latvia, has made an offer to purchase all the PAP-controlled shares in the PPAP, in amount of 35 %.

On sale of "Rujienas saldejums" INPO 19 shares
Privato aktivu parvalde has decided to sell its investment, which has resulted in the PAP selling its 51% stake in the company "Rujienas saldejums". The buyout is done by Rujienas saldejums management.

JSC Valmieras piens investment is sold
On November 1, 2011, the transaction was concluded to sell the PAP owned 91.89 % of Valmiera piens to the share investor Lougo LV SIA, a company registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia.
