Privato Aktivu Patvalde sells Grobina wind farm

Board of Privato Aktivu Parvalde (PAP) has reached the decision to sell its investment in renewable energy wind park to Estonian energy company Utilitas Energy Group.

PAP informs that its long-term investment for renewable energy, in the wind park, foresaw a maximum investment term of 15 years. At the end of 2022 this milestone was achieved. 

In view of the above, PAP Board has decided to sell the particular investment portfolio, Inpo 24 Ltd. Professional energy industry player Utilitas from Estonia has become the new owner of the wind park. 

As a result of the transaction, this PAP investment is fully closed.

PAP does not plan to open new investments in Kurzeme in the field of wind energy in the next 3 years.
