Securitas AB buys majority shares in security company Ave Lat Sargs
Privato aktivu parvalde has attracted a world-class security services company - Securitas AB - its security enterprise Ave Lat Sargs. Securitas has purchased 65 % of the Ave Lat Sargs, thus becoming the largest shareholder of the company.
Securitas AB is a global leader in the field of security services, which, after closing this transaction,is operating in 50 countries worldwide, employing more than 295,000 employees.
